Daily, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Jamestown Settlement and the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown are open year-round 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s days. (Ticket sales at both museums must be completed by 4:30 p.m.)

These policies apply to both tickets purchased online and at the museums.

Ticket Refunds

The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation has a "no refunds" policy for all admission, exhibits and theater tickets. This policy also applies to any purchase made for event/program participation.

Please note: Paid event/program participation is only valid for the purchased event date and time.

Cancellations

In the rare situation when a particular event is cancelled, Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation will reschedule your ticket(s) for another day/time or refund your purchase including any ticket fees. Email tickets@jyf.virginia.gov for support.

Ticket Fees

Service Fee Notice: A 2.3% service fee applies to credit and debit card payments. This fee is administered by a third-party and is charged in addition to the purchase price. To avoid the service fee, tickets may be purchased on site using cash or check.
